Service Description

The Denek Tattoo website serves as a portfolio presentation and allows sending non-binding tattoo inquiries through the reservation form.

Non-binding Inquiry

Submitting the form does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement is only established during an in-person consultation when the design, price, and date are mutually agreed upon.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any inquiry without providing a reason.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee to cover incurred costs.

Age Restriction

Services are provided only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Health Requirements

Clients must inform us of any health conditions (allergies, skin conditions, blood-thinning medications, pregnancy, etc.). Appointments may be rescheduled in case of acute illness or compromised health.
